What security measures are in place to protect employee data?

We follow recommended guidelines on keeping the data safe.

We follow the configuration that is recommended by AWS as the default database encryption approach. All data is encrypted in transit. We limit our employees' access to the data as much as possible so that only the employees responsible for keeping the operation running and key developers have access to the production databases. We are working towards our SOC2 compliance verification and follow strict internal processes to constantly monitor our employees and ensure our security standards are met.
