Is it possible to add a tag to each user and use it for reporting?

Yes, but with limitations.

We are currently working on our tagging system. However, it is possible to start to use it to some extent.


When importing employee lists via CSV, we add all extra fields from a CSV at the end as Employee tags.


The CSV file structure is as follows:

emailnamegroup, [employee tags}


Currently, these tags are not visible in our system and are only accessible when you export the employee CSV report for each training.

These tags will then be part of the exported results and can be imported into Excel, or some other application, for a further breakdown based on those tags.
