We use common best practices in the design, development, and support of our product.

We use common best practices in the design, development, and support of our product.

In the design phase, we make sure that our service and UI interface is accessible to a broad range of users and take into effect that they might have disabilities that might limit their experience with ours and other web applications. We are currently not certified in this area but we follow best practices.

In the production of our content (videos etc) we strive for keeping gender and race equally presented and avoid stereotyping in casting and scripting. This is necessary as we operate all over the globe and it‘s the right thing to do.

In the development process, we follow the SCRUM methodology and we have certified product owners and scrum masters that lead our development efforts.

Our support team follows procedures that we keep track of in HubSpot and we follow the Kanban method in a service called ClickUp for ticketing and follow-up, keeping the quality of our support high and consistent.

Our Operational environment is hosted in AWS where we follow recommended setup by AWS. In addition to our in-house experts, we have external certified AWS specialists that are working constantly with us on improving and keeping things up to date and verifying that we do things according to best practices.
